Terms of Service.

My commissions are for personal use only. You cannot use the commission commercially under any circumstance, neither online or as physical merchandise.

You can post and personally use my artwork as long as I receive proper credit, and you don't claim it as your own (credit can be given mentioning/linking my Instagram, Carrd or Linktree).

My commissions are not to be used for AI training nor any type of NFT or cryptocurrency.

There are no refunds. The only exception being if I can't finish the commission.

All prices are in USD.

Payment only via Paypal.

All non-scenic commissions come by default with a simple background (flat color, gradient, etc.), you can describe to me what you'd prefer as a background for your commission. Icons can have your pride flag(s) as the background.

The price of (scenic) backgrounds starts at $15 and goes up with its complexity.

Price may also increase if your character has a really complex design.

For commissions of $80 or less I will only begin the drawing after receiving the full payment. For more expensive pieces, if it makes you more comfortable I'd be okay with starting the commission after receiving 75% of the payment.

Before commissioning, ask about the turn around time, given that it will vary depending on the commission type and how busy I may be. If you want the art sooner you can request to pay a rush fee (starting at $11).

You can ask for as many corrections as you want within the sketch process. On the lineart you are entitled to 3 corrections. After that, any correction requested will, most probably, be charged (starting at $3), unless it's a very minor one that doesn't require for me to go back in the progress to fix it.

I will be sending updates and waiting for your approval as I progress with the commission. You can ask for advances at any time but please be patient.

I will most likely post the finished commission (with proper watermark) on my social medias, if you're not comfortable with that you'll have to let me know beforehand.

I will send the finished drawing to you by e-mail.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request I find unacceptable, being for personal reasons or because it is beyond my skills.

For any type of commission, please try to give good references, and I'd really appreciate as much detail as you can give about what you want, even if you feel it's too much, for me it won't be, it will make the result as close as what you envisioned.

For a scenic, dynamic, or more specific commission, I’ll need detailed information about your vision for the drawing. Overall, good communication is essential. I’ll need references showing what you’re looking for, and/or after you tell me what you want I will look for references myself and check them with you. The more references, details, and specifications, the better :-)!

If what you want isn't listed on my Do's and Dont's or you're unsure if your idea fits my rules, don't be afraid to ask me directly, I'll be glad to discuss it without any compromise.

By commissioning me, you agree with the latest version of my terms of service, even if they are modified after payment.
